Atria Convergence Technologies (‘ACT’) is a Bengaluru based Multi Service Operator (‘MSO’) committed to bring TV, Internet, data and other broad band services to customers. ACT has been founded by Sunder Raju, an experienced and respected business professional in Bengaluru. At the time of investment, ACT had piloted IPTV technology and developed a network architecture to deliver value added services like Video on Demand, Voice over IP, Education, Broadband Internet, Commerce, Banking, etc to cable television consumers in India at reasonable cost.

With IVFA, ACT has increased its presence and is one of the leading MSOs in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. It has been able to attract high quality talent and build a deep management. ACT’s endeavor is to seek leadership position in select geographies through pole position acquisitions. It offers differentiated content and best-in-class customer service and experience.
