Mr Ravi Vira Gupta joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1962. He has worked in various states and held challenging assignments. For many years he was associated with various aspects relating to cooperatives as well as agriculture.

Between 1991 and 1998, Mr Gupta was closely associated with the economic reforms as Additional Secretary, Secretary in the Government of India in the ministries of Fertilizer, Food and Finance. He was also Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India for three years. He was associated with many committees over the years. He was also chairman of Government of India committees relating to small savings in 1998 & 1999. He is on the Board of several companies.

Mr Gupta holds degrees from St Stephen’s College, Delhi and Cambridge University.

Ashok Wadhwa was the first employee of Andersen, India and was associated with the firm for 14 years. During 1989 - 1996, he headed the Tax & Business Advisory practice of Andersen, India, and thereafter served as its Managing Partner.

In 1997, Mr Wadhwa founded Ambit Corporate Finance, one of India's leading investment banks and RSM & Co, a leading tax and accounting firm in India.

Mr Wadhwa is a former President of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He is currently a Managing Committee member of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). He is also serving as the Chairman of the Capital Market Committee of FICCI.

Keki Mistry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advanced Accountancy and Auditing and is also a Chartered Accountant. He was actively involved in setting up several HDFC group companies including HDFC Bank.

Keki Mistry has been deputed on consultancy assignments for the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC) in Thailand, Mauritius, the Caribbean Islands and Jamaica. He has also worked as a consultant for the Mauritius Housing Company and Asian Development Bank.

Keki Mistry is Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited and Chairman of GRUH Finance Limited. He is also a Director on the Boards several Companies.

V Srinivasa Rangan is the Executive Director of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd) and has been part of the organisation since 1986. His responsibilities include funds mobilisation through deposits (retail and corporate), bank loans, issuance of debentures and commercial papers, external commercial borrowings, structured financing options, mortgage backed securitisation, asset liability management, risk management, financial accounting & taxation and capital management. He is also responsible for regulatory compliance including liaison with Government and regulators.

Over the years, Mr Rangan has been involved in various functions at HDFC Ltd including managing portfolio of equity investments, structured finance, retail & wholesale lending, branch operations, accounting, budgeting, management information systems. He is on the Board of several companies.

Mr Rangan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant.

Gaurav Dalmia is a member of one of India’s leading business families and a prominent private equity investor. Gaurav is the Founder and Chairman of Landmark Holdings, a real estate development and financing company. He is also the Founder of First Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on private equity and M&A transactions. He co-founded Infinity, India’s first and largest angel investment fund.

Mr Dalmia serves on the Board of various companies and investment vehicles in India, Europe and the US. He was selected in the year 2000 by the World Economic Forum as a ‘Global Leader for Tomorrow’ and holds prestigious appointments in Indian industry forums.

Mr Dalmia is a Computer Science graduate from Salford University, UK and holds Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
