Dinesh is responsible for coordination and best practices across Finance & Treasury function of portfolio companies. He is also responsible for Corporate Governance and Risk Management in all portfolio companies.

Dinesh brings with him 13 years of well rounded experience in Strategic Planning & Management, Budgeting, Pricing, Business Process Restructuring, Secretarial & Legal Functions, Accounting, Taxation, Commercial and Supply Chain Finance. He has worked with Colgate Palmolive and Johnson & Johnson in various roles and capacities in India and Asia Pacific. He has been instrumental in initiatives like cost modelling, reverse auction in Colgate Palmolive and setting up business specific processes and systems in newly acquired businesses of Johnson & Johnson. In his last role, he was working as Finance Controller of Medical business of Johnson & Johnson.

Dinesh is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI, Cost Accountant from ICWAI, Company Secretary from ICSI, Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA London and Chartered Secretary from ICSA London.
