Sanjay was the first Business Management Partner and was instrumental in translating IVFA’s business philosophy of ‘Building Businesses’ into practical, on-the-ground reality. He is closely involved in supporting and building IVFA companies in healthcare, media & entertainment, outsourced services, infrastructure services and precision engineering sectors. He has also been involved in developing and implementing the internal Performance Management System at IVF.

Sanjay joined IVFA with over 17 years of experience in marketing, operations and general management. He was the President of Swiss kitchen-systems manufacturer Franke’s Indian subsidiary and Managing Director of Sekurit Saint-Gobain in India. His work experience also includes assignments with Johnson & Johnson and Grindwell Norton.

Sanjay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Mumbai.
