Founded by Dr Azad Moopen, Dr Moopens Group (‘DMG’) has presence in the Middle-East and India. DMG has been providing quality healthcare services in the GCC for the last 20 years via a chain of successful primary care clinics, pharmacies and secondary care hospitals. It has large presence in Kerala through Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences. At the time of IVFA’s acquisition, DMG had 14 clinics, 19 pharmacies, 2 diagnostic centres and 2 hospitals in GCC and 1 large hospital in India.

With IVFA, DMG’s focus is to maintain its leadership position in GCC and become a leading healthcare service provider in India. In a very short span of time, DMG built a high quality professional management team, creating the management bandwidth for rapid expansion in India. DMG is at the brink of acquiring several hospitals in India and implementing few green-field opportunities.
