Mahesh Krishnamurthy joined IVFA in 2007 and is based in Mumbai.

Mahesh is involved with investment opportunities in the logistics, IT/ITES, infrastructure services and other sectors.

Mahesh’s work experience includes 18 years in a number of different industries in the United States. Most recently, he developed the turnaround strategy and led an acquisition as the head of corporate development at Accelrys, a NASDAQ listed drug discovery software company. Prior to that, he was a General Partner at Idanta Partners, a San Diego based venture capital fund and at KT Venture Group, a corporate venture capital fund sponsored by KLA-Tencor. His early years saw him working for McKinsey, AT&T and Honeywell.

Mahesh’s education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.
