Gary Wendt, the former Chairman and CEO of General Electric Capital Corporation, is a long-standing supporter of the Indian talent pool. In 1999, with the technology boom well under way, he was convinced that India's human capital is an excellent base for feeding its growing requirements as well as providing services and products to the rest of the world, profitably.
