  • The company, IVFA and where necessary, leading strategic consulting firm with relevant sector expertise will work together to define full potential of the business. This definition needs to be free of constraints that may have been imposed at underwriting.

  • This exercise takes 8 - 12 weeks and provides a roadmap with clearly defined strategic initiatives to be implemented within a planned time frame.

  • These initiatives form the basis for creating the Strategy In Action (SIA).
