Using India's abundantly available engineering resources, Hinoday has skillfully adapted the world class manufacturing technology of its JV partner, Hitachi Metals, Japan to emerge as a leading manufacturer of both ductile iron castings as well as ferrites in India.

Hinoday is the largest independent ductile iron casting company in the automotive segment with an excellent track record in quality. Hinoday's ductile iron castings division has been certified as TS16949 compliant by BVQi in 2004. Its current ductile iron foundry capacity is 36,000 MT/year. The key products manufactured by Hinoday are crankshafts, steering knuckles, stub axles, differential gear carriers, differential cases, steering housings, rear axle housings, brake parts, end yokes, and slip yokes.

  In ceramic magnets, Hinoday has a dominant 85% market-share in the two and four wheelers market in India. Hinoday's ceramic magnets division has been certified as QS9000 compliant in 2001. It is one of the
only nine suppliers of Denso, on a worldwide basis across various categories of components, recognized for its zero ppm record.

Mahindra Hinoday, a trusted name with over 11 years of manufacturing
experience in Ductile Iron castings and over 40 years of manufacturing
