Gaurav Dalmia

 
Gaurav Dalmia is a Computer Science graduate from Salford University (UK) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma Honours) and is today a prominent private equity investor in the Indian market. He is a member of one of the leading industrialist families in India, and is responsible for the financial and treasury functions at Orissa Cements, a listed company. Gaurav was responsible for the consolidation of the cable TV industry in India with Showtime Communications later sold to an investor-consortium. He is also the   founder of First Capital, a bouquet investment bank focusing on private equity and M&A deals.

Gaurav co-founded Infinity, India's first and largest angel investment fund. He is a member of:
