Prateek Roongta
- Vice President

Prateek joined
IVF Advisors as the first Associate in 2005.
In this role, Prateek has the responsibility
of implementing the Fund’s business philosophy
of “invest and build” by helping portfolio
companies realize their true potential and
build strong, world-class businesses. To this
end, he leverages his prior experience of
providing consulting to some of the biggest
Indian corporates. He works with the CEOs
of the Fund's portfolio companies and helps
them finalize their business strategy, develop
practical, on-the-ground action plans, and
implement the same.

Prateek is a qualified
Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary,and
has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in
Management from the Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IVF Advisors,
he worked with A.T. Kearney in India and South
East Asia for four and a half years, where
he was a core member of the Financial Services
consulting practice, and worked with several
companies in the Financial Services, Energy,
Automotive and Retail industries.

Srikrishna Dwaram
- Vice President
|
|
Srikrishna joined
IVF Advisors in January 2006 as an Associate
in Fund Management. In this role, Sri has
the responsibility of identifying and evaluating
investment opportunities, assisting in the
exit process of portfolio companies and in
raising debt for portfolio companies. To this
end, he leverages his network of bankers,
his prior M&A and Capital Market exposure
in the banking industry and his experience
in strategic business and financial planning
and analysis.
Sri secured a gold medal in Bachelor’s Degree
in Technology, Mechanical

Engineering and
has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in
Management from the Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IVF Advisors,
he has nearly 6 years of work experience in
Manufacturing, Automobile and Financial Services
sectors. Having worked with Maruti Udyog Limited,
Kirloskar Oil Engines before an exciting stint
in the Planning & Strategy division of
ICICI Bank, he was part of the core team that
set up India’s newest private sector bank,
YES Bank.

Satish Chander
- Vice President
|

Satish joined
IVF Advisors as an Associate in 2005. His
key role is in implementing the Fund's business
philosophy of "invest and build"
by helping portfolio companies build strong,
world-class businesses and realize their true
potential. For this role, Satish leverages
his prior experience of analyzing companies
both from the inside in his management consulting
role and from the outside in his equity research
role. He works with the management of the
Fund's portfolio companies and helps them
develop business strategy, finalize implementation
roadmap, and execute the same.

Satish is a Mechanical
Engineer from the Indian Institute of Technology,
Madras and has completed his Post Graduate
Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute
of Management, Calcutta. Satish's prior work
experience includes stints in Tata Motors,
Jamshedpur, Accenture, India and JPMorgan,
India. In Accenture, Satish has worked with
Indian pharmaceutical and consumer goods companies
in areas of post merger integration, growth
strategy and supply chain integration. Satish
has also worked in JPMorgan equity research
as a part of the Metals & Mining and Oil
& Gas team.

Siddharth Dhondiyal
- Vice President

|
Siddharth joined
IVF Advisors in February 2006 as an Associate
in Fund Management. Siddharth has the responsibility
of identifying emerging industry sectors,
evaluating investment opportunities and assisting
in the exit process of portfolio companies.
In this role he is able to leverage his prior
experience as a management consultant advising
Indian companies on a wide range of strategic
issues.
Siddharth has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology,
Kanpur, Post Graduate Diploma in Management
from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta
and an MBA from INSEAD, France

Prior to joining
IVF Advisors, he worked for nearly 6 years
with Accenture in the strategy consulting
practice. Siddharth was a manager in the Products
Industry practice at Accenture and has consulted
with companies in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer
Goods, Industrial products and Telecom industries.
He has had significant experience in advising
Indian companies on their growth strategies,
international expansion plans and alliances,
with on the ground experience in Mexico, Brazil,
Russia & South East Asia.

Ashish Bhargava
- Vice President

Ashish joined IVF Advisors in July 2008 as a Vice President in the Business Management team. His key role is in implementing the Fund's business philosophy of "invest and build" by helping portfolio companies build strong, world-class businesses and realize their true potential. In this role, Mr Bhargava leverages his prior operational experience of 12 years across top companies in manufacturing, sales and marketing. He works with the functional teams of the Fund’s portfolio companies and helps them develop and implement the business strategy

Mr Bhargava has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Mr Bhargava’s prior work experience includes stints at Marico Ltd., and Coats Viyella. At Marico marketing, he helped build some of the most admired and innovative brand equities in India. At Coats he helped implement new age systems and processes to achieve one of the best process control systems in the industry. |

Amit Hirawat
- Vice President

Amit joined India Value Fund Advisors in September 2008 as a Vice President in the Fund Management Team. In this role, Mr Hirawat is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, raising debt for portfolio companies and in assisting with the exit process of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining India Value Fund Advisors, Mr Hirawat has nearly 9 years of experience in the Financial Services with DSP Merrill Lynch in Mumbai and Deutsche Bank in Singapore.

At DSP Merrill Lynch (6 years), Mr Hirawat was part of the corporate finance team working on India focussed M&A and private equity deals. At Deutsche Bank (3 years), Mr Hirawat was part of the Financial Institutions Group working with clients in South-South East Asia on advisory and capital raising.
Mr Hirawat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant |
