A veteran of the Indian Equity Markets, Dr Surendra Dave has the distinction of holding key position in a number of leading institutions. He was the Chairman of UTI, India's pioneer mutual fund and Chairman of SEBI, the regulating authority for the Indian securities markets. Dr Dave has also been an Executive Director of IDBI, one of India's leading development finance institutions.
Dr Dave is presently Chairman of Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy. He is also on the board of several companies and member of government committees, dealing with issues ranging from development of backward areas to stock market reforms. |

A leading corporate counsel, Suresh Talwar is a Partner of Talwar, Thakore & Associates, Mumbai. Before setting up this firm in April 2007, he was a Senior Partner of Crawford Bayley & Company.
Mr Talwar has been a practising lawyer with the Bombay High Court since 1966 and specializes in corporate law dealing specifically with M&As, corporate taxation, foreign exchange laws, international issues of Indian securities and real estate laws among others.
Mr Talwar is also a Director/Chairman on the board of many Indian companies. |

Susan Thomas holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics from IIT, Mumbai and University of Southern California, Los Angeles, respectively. She is a faculty at the Indira Gandhi Institute for Development Research, Mumbai. She specializes in financial econometrics, including models of volatility of financial prices, and aspects of market microstructure.
Ms Thomas serves on the Board of Directors at Benchmark Asset Management Company, Fame Cinemas, SBI Pension Fund Management Company, the Executive Committee for Futures and Options at the National Securities Clearing Corporation, India and the Expert Committee for the Government's program on hedging wheat imports.
